About the Job
Abroader helps international candidates find job opportunities abroad, including seasonal positions and entry-level language jobs.
We are looking for an International Recruiter who will focus on candidate screening, candidate communication, and building our talent pipeline. In this role, you will help connect language speakers with job opportunities across Europe.
The position offers a unique opportunity to learn recruitment as a digital skill while contributing to the development of a fast-growing company at an early stage.
Your Main Responsibilities
Screen and interview candidates for entry-level language jobs and seasonal positions.
Assist candidates with CV optimization and interview preparation.
Reach out to candidates in Abroader’s database and understand their interest in working abroad.
Source new candidates through social media, online communities, and your own network.
Contribute ideas for content, campaigns, and improvements to the candidate journey.
Gradually get introduced to client communication once you are comfortable working with candidates.

Salary and Commission
This position is 100% commission-based.
You will receive commission for every candidate successfully hired by one of our partner companies.
There is potential to move to a fixed salary or hybrid compensation model after a successful collaboration.
Over time, there is strong potential to build a stable income as you grow your pipeline.
Your Profile
You are interested in learning recruitment and enjoy speaking with people from different backgrounds.
You work independently and in a structured way in a remote-first environment.
You are curious, responsible, and motivated by creating results.
Previous recruitment experience is a plus but not required.
