About the role

As an employee you will be assigned to a specific project and work as a representative for companies like Google, Philips, Microsoft, Netflix, Apple etc.

Your job as Customer service or Content Moderator (you can choose) will mainly be conducted in your native language via phone, email and/or chat service. Some of these roles are fully REMOTE from any location in Portugal.

It is therefore an ideal job for anyone looking to develop their communication skills, gain international experience, and build a strong foundation for their career!

Your profile

Are you native Dutch or Flemish (minimum level C2)? And passionate about helping people and provide excellent high quality Customer Service?

• EU citizenship

• English level B2

• High school diploma

• Clean criminal record

• Can stay min. 1 year in Portugal
